Meeting minutes

Present:

Poonam Jain, John Fritsche, Russ Masinelli, Larry Leone, Rick Verticchio, Nelson Grman, Nora Feuquay

Poonam Jain started the meeting by reading meeting minutes from the May 16th meeting which were unanimously approved by all present.

Russ Masinelli reported on the Title search which is nearly 50% complete. The Committee went over the search and noted the private landowners present. Russ will have the complete report in the next 10 days time.

Rick Verticchio said that receipt of an EIN for our corporation was delayed as a SSN was needing to be sent for Poonam Jain. That will be taken care of shortly and upon receipt of the EIN, we will be able to open an account at First National Bank.

Receipt of a not-for-profit- 501 C(3) status would take another 90 days after receipt of the EIN. Incorporation of our Committee has been successfully completed and the necessary recording made at the County office by Mr. Verticchio. POonam Jain will file the original incorporation documents.

The resolution of support, as written by Rick Verticchio, to be presented to the Staunton City Council was discussed and approved.

It was discussed that the next important step is to write a letter of introduction to all the landowners identified in the tile study. Mr. Verticchio agreed to draft the letter and e-mail it to Poonam Jain.

John Fritsche nominated Nora Feuquay to be an economic advisor to our Board. The Committee unanimously agreed and Nora agreed to serve. John will amend our letterhead to include Nora.

The next meeting will be held on June 27^th, 2006.
