 Here is a video showing the 2007 Tour De Donut.  The Tour De Donut, sponsored by the Boeing Bicycle Club , is a big supporter of the ITS Trail.

Next, a simple video "screencast" of how to subscribe to our RSS feed.  This was done using Firefox, but can be done in other browsers such as Internet Explorer 7, Opera, and Safari.  Internet Explorer 6 won't do it by default, but there are "add-ins" that will let you work with it.  Hey, I use linux, you windows  folks are on your own with the viruses and such. =)  Basically, if you see something like this picture somewhere on your screen, then you should be able to subscribe to our RSS feed.  Then you can stay abreast of changes to the website without having to keep coming back.
